067 - Bacchus Statue

Bacchus statue with grapes and leaves decoration, in characteristic position. Hand carved Vicenza stone sculpture by our sculptor. The original Bacchus statue (1497) is a stone sculpture by the Italian High Renaissance sculptor, painter, architect and poet Michelangelo. The statue is somewhat over life-size and depicts Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, in a revolutionary inebriated state. Along with the Pietà it is one of the only two sculptures that can be attributed with any certainty to the artist's first period in Rome

Material: White Vicenza Stone
Finishing: Natural stone
Dimensions: Height 71"

The sculptures dimensions could be change on client request.

All the sculptures are entirely carved at our Atelier by our sculptors.
